Our mission is to provide compassionate legal advocacy for federal workers navigating complex federal workers’ compensation and disability laws.

Since 2020, we have served federal workers exclusively as a solo practice. In order to better serve the federal workforce, we will be operating to provide legal resources only. Any legal representation services sought by federal workers will be handled by attorney Christina (Faliero) Lococo at law firm Brown and Goodkin.

From the Founder

If you’ve found my website, you’re likely recovering from a work injury, living with a disability, or fighting to keep your job.

And if you’re entitled to applicable federal benefits related to those circumstances, you’re likely frustrated and disappointed by the federal government’s management of your benefits.

I’m so sorry that you’ve had to carry added and unnecessary stress while trying to prioritize your health and your family’s needs. Your rights as a federal worker are valued and should always be protected. I empathize that it is incredibly frustrating to have your rights disregarded and ignored.

I recently became a mother and have chosen to step away from my role as a business owner to focus on motherhood. Faliero Law Firm will now be a home to legal resources for federal workers in need of reference information about the complex processes related to federal workers’ compensation, federal disability retirement, and social security disability programs.

If you are interested in legal representation services, I would be happy to help as a Brown and Goodkin attorney. I hope my legal resources help as many of you as possible feel empowered in your journeys.

Client Testimonial

Kyle T. — United States Postal Service

"In December of 2019, I was involved in a roll-over accident while delivering mail for the United States Postal Service. Another vehicle ran a red light as I was crossing the intersection, t-boning my mail truck, spinning it around and rolling it onto its side. I was blessed to still be alive, but the injuries were numerous, as were the many different doctors I needed to be seen by. Any accident of this magnitude can be daunting when dealing with insurance adjusters but navigating federal workers' comp made this especially stressful.

Christina of Faliero Law Firm was able to take the weight of this added stress off my shoulders and allowed me to focus on recovery. The Faliero Law Firm was always there to answer my questions and guide me through the next steps that needed to be taken. Christina really took the time to help me understand the law as it pertained to my case and how we would navigate the paths that were ahead together. I cannot thank Faliero Law Firm enough for all their time, efforts, and support throughout this whole process!"
