Our Story

Faliero Law Firm was founded in 2020.

Originally opened to provide legal representation services to federal workers with OWCP FECA claims only, we eventually expanded to provide additional legal services for Federal Disability Retirement and Social Security Disability claims.

In 2023, we began developing legal resources for federal workers to offer a more cost-effective approach to legal assistance and to help federal workers become their own best advocates.

Our E-guidebooks were launched in 2024.

In 2024, attorney and founder Christina (Faliero) Lococo became a mother. After the birth of her daughter, she decided to take a step back from business ownership to focus on motherhood.

Now, Christina is converting her solo legal practice to a legal resource hub for federal workers and is working in association with law firm Brown and Goodkin to provide legal representation services to federal workers without the added responsibility of managing a virtual law firm independently.

Shifting from a solo legal practice to a legal resource hub for federal workers.

Our mission is to provide compassionate legal advocacy for federal workers navigating complex federal workers’ compensation and disability laws.

Faliero Law Firm is a virtual business based in Washington.
