Prior to our representation, OWCP refused to “expand” our client’s claim to include all diagnosed conditions and refused to pay her wage loss compensation for an entire year.
We worked with OWCP district directors to remedy previous improper actions. We reinstated our client’s continuing compensation and acquired a year’s worth of back-pay. We were also successful in expanding our client’s claim to include consequential conditions so that proper medical care can now be acquired.
