Representation services offer ongoing legal assistance on a specific claim and allows us to take action on your behalf.

We provide guidance on matters like drafting letters requesting an authorization on your claim, filing a claim, or outlining the language needed for supporting medical reports.
Federal Disability Retirement and SSDI Consulting
We provide guidance on these administrative processes to help you weigh your benefit options and submit compliant paperwork for approval.
1.01 The Mini Consultation: one-time payment of $950.
1.02 The Standard Consultation: one-time payment of $1,400.
OVERVIEW
We offer legal representation services to provide legal intervention on your behalf as a formal representative. Specific work varies by client.
Pre-payments
Services 2.01 and 3.01 require a pre-payment. OWCP and OPM do not pay attorney's fees. Fees must be charged hourly by law and paid directly by clients. The pre-payment amount is based on the average total for most clients and is equivalent to 10 hours of work.
2.01 OWCP FECA Representation: minimum pre-payment to begin of $875. Total pre-payment is $3,500. We offer payment plans.
2.02 OWCP FECA Third-Party Representation: no upfront fees.
3.01 Federal Disability Retirement Representation: minimum pre-payment to begin of $875. Total pre-payment is $3,500. We offer payment plans.
3.02 SSDI Representation: no upfront fees.
